Founders Genesis is a weekly, 3-month leadership development program for women executives and senior leaders starting or scaling a different kind of business. Through leadership development, structured methodologies, strategic design, and action planning, we will align personal and professional dimensions to support your success.

Everything you need is already inside you. My role is to help you trust it, choose it, and live it.

In weekly, 1-hour meetings, we will collaborate on real-time challenges and decisions while continuing to make progress within the structure of a custom-built curriculum, designed just for you.

Our intention will be to remove what’s getting in the way of your dreams so that clarity, courage, and action can emerge naturally. Depending on where you’re at in your journey, our work together may include:

  • Identifying and resolving internal patterns—such as overanalyzing, procrastination, avoidance, and perfectionism—that quietly undermine confidence, authority, and momentum.

  • Clarifying leadership identity and direction so your decisions, communication, and boundaries align with who you are and what your business now requires.

  • Having the courage to hold difficult conversations with colleagues or loved ones to voice your perspective, resolve conflict, and confront the stories in our head.

  • Integrating leadership assessment and insight to understand how your leadership style is experienced, where strengths may become liabilities under pressure, and how to lead more congruently with your values as responsibility increases.

  • Supporting high-stakes decisions around strategy, growth, people, or pace with steadiness and discernment rather than urgency, reactivity, or self-doubt.

  • Aligning human systems around you—whether that’s early team dynamics, org design, leadership roles, or decision-making processes—so the organization becomes internally and externally aligned and less dependent on you carrying everything.

  • Refining your business strategy to match your values and vision.
