Human-Centered Leadership Advisory

A flagship experience for leadership grounded in truth, integrity, and self-trust

A six-month private advisory engagement for women founders and senior leaders at pivotal career moments requiring the courage and clarity to navigate change, identity shifts, and leadership complexity. These leaders want honest, sustained support to remove what’s undermining their success so they can build remarkable organizations with intention.

This advisory relationship integrates identify work, strategy, and human systems. With bi-weekly meetings, the work is responsive and relational, unfolding around real-time challenges and decisions rather than a preset curriculum.

Our intention will be to remove what’s in the way of effective leadership so clarity, courage, and action can emerge naturally. Depending on your needs, our work together may include:

  • Identifying and resolving internal patterns—such as over-functioning, hesitation, avoidance, or second-guessing—that quietly undermine confidence, authority, or momentum.

  • Clarifying leadership identity and direction so your decisions, communication, and boundaries align with who you are and what your business now requires.

  • Integrating leadership assessment and insight to understand how your leadership style is experienced, where strengths may become liabilities under pressure, and how to lead more congruently as responsibility increases.

  • Supporting high-stakes decisions around strategy, growth, people, or pace with steadiness and discernment rather than urgency or self-doubt.

  • Strengthening the human systems around you—whether that’s early team dynamics, leadership roles, or decision rights—so the organization becomes more stable and less dependent on you carrying everything.

This advisory experience is designed for leaders who are ready to engage honestly with the complexity of business ownership, leadership, and growth. Enhanced advisory support is available by invitation or need for half-day strategy intensives, leadership assessment instruments, and more frequent check-ins.
