FAQs
What is human-centered leadership advisory?
1
It’s leadership strategy that takes human behavior seriously. I help leaders address the internal and relational factors that shape how strategy actually gets executed. Many leadership challenges aren’t about knowledge or effort—they’re about misalignment, unexamined patterns, or how people respond under pressure. Human-centered leadership advisory works at that level, alongside strategy.
It is intentionally both coaching and consulting, customized based on your business priorities. Coaching often focuses on the individual while consulting focuses on systems. I sit in between—working with leadership identity, decision-making, and organizational design together. I balance individual inquiry and reflection with direct guidance on organizational strategy and decision-making.
What do you mean by “grounded organization”?
2
A grounded organization is one where decisions are clear, values are lived (not just stated) and people aren’t working against themselves or each other to get results. It’s an organization where leadership is aligned, roles are clear, and growth doesn’t come at the expense of burnout, confusion, or constant reactivity. You can see it in how decisions are made, how conflict is handled, and how people respond to pressure.
Grounded organizations can be ambitious and high-performing. What distinguishes them is steadiness—clarity of direction, thoughtful leadership, and the ability to navigate complexity without losing clarity.
Who do you typically work with?
3
I work primarily with clients who are reflective, capable, and values-driven. They care deeply about how they lead, not just what they achieve. This tends to include:
Women founders in the early or emerging stages of building their businesses
Women leaders stepping into greater visibility, responsibility, or authority
Organizations seeking thoughtful leadership and talent advisory support
What kinds of challenges do clients bring to this work and what results can I expect?

Clients often come to me when they are experiencing:
Hesitation or self-doubt despite competence
Difficulty trusting decisions
Internal resistance or overthinking
Misalignment between values and business strategy
The emotional weight of leadership carried alone
These are not failures—they are signals of leadership transition.
Clients often experience:
Greater clarity and confidence in decision-making
Stronger sense of self-trust as a leader and business owner
Reduced internal conflict and emotional fatigue
Business strategies aligned with personal values
