I’ve spent my career on both sides of the consulting business, as a revenue-generating consultant serving clients, and as a Chief People Officer building the leadership pipelines and talent systems that let a growing firm scale.
That combination is rare.
Most advisors have done one or the other, not both. It shows in how I work: practical leadership advice, direct challenge based on client-delivery experience, and talent decisions that help firms grow without losing what makes them special.
Kiely earned a BA in Communication Studies, an MBA, and a PhD in Organizational Communication from UNC Chapel Hill, and completed a postdoctoral research fellowship at Oxford's Saïd Business School.
She is certified in Hogan leadership assessments, SHRM-SCP, and Zenger Folkman's Extraordinary Leadership Coaching
