Kiely Flanigan, PhD, MBA
I’ve spent my career on both sides of the consulting business, as a revenue-generating consultant serving clients, and as a Chief People Officer building the leadership pipelines and talent systems that helped a growing firm scale.
That combination gives me a distinctive perspective on the business demands leaders face and the support they need to succeed. I bring strategic thinking, empathy, and practical business experience to help leaders develop their capabilities and improve business outcomes.
I also work privately with experienced leaders preparing for important interviews, navigating difficult conversations or gaining a clearer understanding of their leadership strengths and potential stumbling blocks. I especially enjoy helping leaders navigate these pivotal moments with greater clarity and confidence.
Kiely earned a BA in Communication Studies, an MBA, and a PhD in Organizational Communication from UNC Chapel Hill, and completed a postdoctoral research fellowship at Oxford's Saïd Business School.
She is certified in Hogan leadership assessments, SHRM-SCP, Korn Ferry Interview Architect, and Zenger Folkman's Extraordinary Leadership Coaching
